Consignor Rates: (all on a incremental scale)
General Consignment Items- (minimum charge of $1.00 per sold lot)
          First $100 = 25%
          $101-$1000 = 15%
          $1,001-$5,000 = 5%
          $5,001 and UP = 2%
Machinery, Vehicles & Trailers Rates –
          First $1,000 = 10%
          $1,001-$5,000 = 5%
          $5,001 and UP = 2%
Buyers Terms:
Cash, Good Check or Credit Card (a 5% fee is added to all credit card transactions). No items are to be removed from auction premesis until paid for. Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. All announcements made auction day take precedence over previously printed material.
